You’re a legal executive currently working at a local solicitor’s office with a number of years conveyancing experience under your belt. While you enjoy what you do, particularly dealing with customers and the process management side, you know you have a lot more to give, and are eager to develop your career.

Does this sound like you?

In terms of your role, you will…

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors and partners to provide timely and relevant updates and responses to key queries
  • Manage and organise conveyancing cases – maintain files, track deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are in order
  • Ensure organisation complies with all relevant laws and regulations in its interactions with clients and partners
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Recruit, train and manage team of Legal Execs and Case Managers
  • Share regular reports and insights with wider business to help drive continuous improvements to the process

To succeed, you will need …

  • Experience managing conveyancing
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and ability to streamline and improve business processes 
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good people skills
  • Proficiency in the use of technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
